Terms and Conditions

All artworks are sent in strong packaging which is capable of withstanding long shipping journeys.

Should any damage occur during transit, the item will be replaced provided that you supply the following details:

• Photographs of the damaged packaging (unopened), the damaged item (once opened) and invoice number MUST be sent to enquiries@khesterfineart.co.uk within 48h of receipt. 

Any damage to the packaging or product which is not reported within 48h of receipt will not be covered by our guarantee.

All artworks depicted on this website are the sole property and copyright of Khesterfineart and are, therefore, legally protected by U.K. & international copyright laws.

Under no circumstance may you reproduce, download, adapt, transform, publish or distribute elsewhere, by any means, any of the images, text or video content from this website for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Katie Hester. 

We retain copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original artwork has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please get in touch. 

Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted.

​All artworks are shipped in a hard cardboard packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Artwork will be posted via  Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked, insured and signed for customers within the UK.

Artwork shipped internationally will be sent via courier, please contact me for further information. 

​

Buyer is solely responsible for any custom fees incurred for their country.
